Member choice
Member directory participation is off by default. Declining a public listing does not reduce the paid Member status or ordinary service communications.
Fellow verification
The accepted Fellowship Regulations identify the minimum public verification fields. A restricted listing may be approved for safety, legal or compelling privacy reasons. Extended profile content remains subject to appropriate authority and review.
Honorary consent
No candidate, invitation, acceptance, name, image or citation is published before approval and explicit recipient consent. Directory permission does not authorise paid advertising, sponsor use or unrelated campaigns.
Data rights and records
- People can request correction of inaccurate public information.
- Marketing preferences are separate from service and governance messages.
- Withdrawal of optional public content does not require deletion of lawful contract, decision, payment or audit records.
- Requests are authenticated and answered under the applicable privacy notice and data-protection law.
