Media and publications
Media enquiries should identify the outlet, subject, deadline and intended use. A request does not authorise a statement to be attributed to the Academy before written confirmation.
Complaints, privacy and legal correspondence
State the relevant account, application, publication or event reference and the outcome sought. Sensitive evidence should be provided only through the secure method specified in the acknowledgement.
Service of legal proceedings must follow the applicable procedural rules; ordinary email is not accepted as service unless expressly agreed in writing for the particular matter.
Correspondence standard
UKAAS acknowledges material enquiries and routes them by subject. Assessment outcomes, confidential nominations and personal records are not disclosed to an unauthorised third party.
