Commitment and standard
UKAAS is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website, account, applications and dashboard. Core journeys are designed for keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful headings, labelled controls, text resizing, sufficient contrast and responsive reflow.
Third-party and document limitations
Google, Microsoft and any future payment or event provider control their own screens. Historic or externally supplied documents may not meet the same standard. UKAAS will not rely on an inaccessible format as the only route for a material application or rights request where a reasonable alternative can be supplied.
Assistance and reporting
Contact contact@ukaas.org with the page, task, device, browser and assistive technology involved. You may request a reasonable adjustment or alternative format. UKAAS will prioritise barriers preventing a transaction or application and explain the available workaround and planned correction.
