Publication standard
An event listing identifies the date, time zone, venue or platform, access conditions, speakers, organiser, recording status and material changes. A proposed event is not listed as confirmed before the necessary authority and participant consent are in place.
Access and participation
Registration terms state capacity, fees, eligibility, cancellation, accessibility arrangements and conduct requirements. Questions and participation may be moderated to protect safety, relevance and fair use of time.
Photography and recording
The event notice states whether recording or photography is planned, the purpose, intended publication and available alternatives. Attending an event does not create unrestricted permission to reuse a person's contribution or image.
Published schedule
There are currently no public events in the confirmed calendar. New listings will appear only after dates, contributors and participation terms are approved.
