- A professional or interdisciplinary programme.
- A publication or public-engagement initiative.
- Access, inclusion or participation work connected to the Academy's purposes.
Information to provide
- Legal name, jurisdiction, website and responsible contact for the proposing institution.
- Purpose, intended participants, proposed dates and expected outputs.
- Requested role for UKAAS and contribution offered by each party.
- Indicative budget, funding source and any commercial element.
- Relevant conflicts, data, safeguarding, intellectual-property or reputational considerations.
Review process
UKAAS first considers alignment, authority and practical feasibility. Proposals proceeding beyond initial discussion receive proportionate due diligence and a written agreement before public announcement or delivery.
Limits of partnership
A partnership cannot guarantee Membership, Fellowship, Honorary Fellowship, an award, publication, favourable assessment or institutional endorsement. Use of the UKAAS name and crest requires prior written approval for the precise material and period concerned.
Confidentiality and announcements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confidential relationship unless one is agreed. Sensitive information should be identified before disclosure. Neither party should announce a proposed relationship before terms and publication wording are approved.
