Editorial status
Each item identifies whether it is an institutional statement, authored contribution, event resource or independently reviewed publication. An author's view is not presented as the Academy's position without explicit institutional approval.
Evidence and disclosure
Material factual claims should be traceable to reliable sources. Authors and editors disclose relevant funding, affiliations and conflicts. Sponsored support is identified and does not give the sponsor final editorial control.
Corrections
A material correction states what changed and when. Retraction or withdrawal may be used where an item is unreliable, unlawful or unsafe to retain, while preserving an appropriate audit record.
