- Confirm that you are authorised to nominate on behalf of the named body or institution.
- Prepare a verifiable account of the candidate's exceptional distinction and significance.
- Identify authoritative evidence and disclose the nominator's relationship and conflicts.
- Do not notify the candidate or publicise the nomination unless UKAAS authorises disclosure.

This route is for an authorised Academy body or eligible external institution. Candidates cannot nominate themselves.
Confidential consideration
Submission does not create an entitlement to consideration, approval or invitation. Approved cases proceed through due diligence, recorded decision, private invitation and consent-led publication. No fee is charged at any stage.
